co-founders
Sarah and John ThomasonOrganising classical tours has been a labour of love for Sarah for over 30 years! Our very own Indiana Jones, Sarah can usually be found wading through rivers in search of a mythical cave or perched perilously on the edge of an archaeological site – with John in tow. Both are passionate about classical tours and always go that ‘extra mile’ to ensure that their clients have a unique experience.
Emily Pediaditi - Account Manager
Emily PedeaditiBorn and raised in Crete, Emily has worked in the Travel Industry since she was 16yrs old as a local guide and sales consultant. During High School she majored in Classics and satisfied another enduring passion, wildlife, at University, achieving an MSc Merit in Conservation Ecology (Oxford Brooks) and a BSc Hons in Conservation Biology (Lincoln). Emily has worked extensively with the Scouts, RSPB, WWF Greece and WWT London Wetland Centre. Her great love is Aimilio, a three legged white rescue cat! email me
Emma Darby - Account Manager
Emma DarbyPsychology Graduate, wife and mother of two, Emma has over 10 years’ experience in the School Travel Market and has travelled extensively; venues too numerous to mention. Would love to visit New Zealand and would eagerly return to St Petersburg and Washington. She is hard pressed to choose between the theatron at Taormina and the eerie body casts at Pompeii as her favourite Classical experience. Her greatest achievements are sending pupils on trips that create lifetime memories and inspire future life choices. email me 

Robyn Jones - Account Manager
Robyn JonesAfter graduating with a languages degree from the University of Bath, Robyn began a career in school travel and hasn’t looked back! In her third year of university she worked as a language assistant in the Dolomites in Northern Italy, where a lot of the people speak German. The cultural diversity and stunning scenery make it her favourite destination to visit. In her spare time Robyn likes to bake and is a keen ballroom dancer.. email me
Adelle Barnett - Tours Manager
Adelle’s love of travel and sightseeing started early – she grew up in a small village 10 miles from Stonehenge! Adelle graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a degree in French and Spanish. Initially working as a TEFL teacher for Studytrips Summer Schools Adelle then moved to the Tours team. Her favourite country is Spain after living there for a year as part of her degree, the language, cuisine and people. She loves to travel and has visited the majority of our destinations whilst ticking off as many Spanish towns and cities as possible!email me 
Carla Guerra - Operations Manager
Carla was born and educated in Evora, Portugal and has lived in London since 2000. Before joining ISIS in 2007 Carla worked in the retail industry gaining vital experience in customer care and management. Carla really enjoys walks in the countryside, cycling at the weekends, cooking (and eating the results!) and reading.
If given the opportunity, Carla would like to travel and explore South America, Brazil in particular. email me
Emma Watson - Tours Administrator
Travelling around Asia after University and working in the tourist industry abroad, Emma’s interest in travel has never been doubted. Her hobbies include discovering new visits, trying new foods and experiencing new cultures. Emma concentrates on the operations behind the tours which include her favourite destination Barcelona and she has been here at Studytrips since 2011email me
Kerry May - Tours Administrator
Kerry MayGrowing up in Australia, Kerry has been a keen traveller from an early age.  Having worked in the travel industry for nearly 10 years, Kerry has managed to travel extensively throughout Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia. Her favourite country (so far) to visit is Spain with her dream destination being South America. email me
